BECOMING A MEMBER
A membership to the CSA garden is $50.00. To become a member, click on the "visit us" link and send a message. You could also come to the green house that is located in the rear of Oakwood Middle School to sign up!
WHY BECOME A MEMBER
The diversity of fresh, organic, seasonal produce found in a weekly CSA box promotes personal and planetary well-being. Being a member of the garden means giving back to the community while receiving high quality, fresh produce grown locally by the students of GlenOak Horticulture.
HARVEST PICK UP
We hope to have pick ups every other Friday. We will do our best to provide an abundant box of produce each pick up. This of course is all dependent on mother nature herself. An email will be sent out each week for updates on pick up days and any other information.
WHATS GROWING
We currently have spinach, sugar snap peas, kale, onions, radish, lettuce, bok choy, hot and sweet pepers, squash, tomatoes, swiss chard, and potatoes growing. The majority of the crops come from the garden but a portion of the vegetables are grown inside our green house in the aquaponics system.
As the temperature changes so do our crops. Once our current crops have produced their last harvest, we will plant new crops and send you an update.
